The contractor of an expressway construction site in Bangkok’s Bang Khunthien district has been told to pay compensation to victims of a mishap and ensure the safety of motorists, the Department of Highways said on Friday.
A large piece of tarpaulin weighed down with rainwater fell off an expressway construction site in Bangkok’s Bang Khunthien district and landed on a car driving by on Thursday night. The driver escaped within an inch of her life.
