CAMBODIA DENIES claims that it issued a passport to former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra, who reportedly used it to register a company in Hong Kong, according to the Phnom Penh Post yesterday.

SURANAND VEJJAJIVA, the former secretary-general of ex-premier Yingluck Shinawatra, yesterday defended the previous government’s rice-pledging scheme, while he said there had not been restrictions about the disclosure of public information concerning the controversial scheme.
