"Take over"

Mr. Takashi Hata will take over as the new President of Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co Ltd, replacing Mr. Toshiaki Maekawa, from February 2, 2022, Tri Petch Group has announced.


Prasert Prasarttong-Osoth, the major shareholder of Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS), has cancelled the plan to make a tender offer for the shares of Bumrungrad Hospital (BH) due to unfavourable stock market conditions.

 Siam Commercial Bank Plc (SCB) has sold 99.2 per cent of its holding in SCB Life Assurance Plc for Bt92.7 billion to FWD Group Financial Services Plc (FWD), in a move to raise investment capital. The bank's life insurance business generated an average of Bt6 billion in profits in recent years. 

Supalai Plc's board of directors on Tuesday gave the green light for its subsidiary, Supalai Property Management Co Ltd (SPM), to make a voluntary tender offer for MK Real Estate Development Plc (MK) at the price of Bt4.10 per share.

PRANANPORN CO LTD, wholly owned by Poramaporn Prasarttong-Osoth, the daughter of billionaire Prasert Prasarttong-Osoth, will acquire a 50-per-cent stake in The One Enterprise, the owner of One Channel, in a deal worth Bt1.9 billion.

Max Future Co, a subsidiary of Singha Estate Plc, completed the transfer of the Bt4.5-billion Sun Towers office project from Sun Towers Co on Wednesday, according to its filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand yesterday.
