Singapore mobile payment app company SpherePay officially opened its Initial Coin Offering (ICO) on Monday. Earlier this month, SpherePay announced that it would launch a total of 10 Billion SAY tokens, of which 40% would be distributed for sale via an ICO.

A leading mobile payment platform in Southeast Asia has announced in a Thursday press release that it is set to launch its own cryptocurrency in the coming few months.

The operators of SpherePay, a Singapore-based mobile payment app, have raised more than US$10 million from investors, whose names not been disclosed “due to ongoing developments”.
