ONYX Hospitality Group has announced enhanced hygiene and safety standards as part of a new initiative that will be implemented at its properties including Amari, OZO, Shama and Oriental Residence Bangkok as it prepares to welcome travellers back to its hotels, resorts and serviced apartments across the Asia-Pacific.

ONYX Hospitality Group, a major hotel management company in the region, on Monday (January 13) announced the signing of an agreement with Base Construction Co Ltd, the owner and developer of its new headquarters Hangzhou East Bay Base, for the management of Amari East Bay Hangzhou, in the Qiantang district of Hangzhou city in Zhejiang province, east China.

Onyx Hospitality Group, which specialises in hotel management, intends to expand further in spite of the tough economic situation expected to continue into next year due to the US-China trade war, Brexit, Hong Kong protests and the baht’s appreciation.
