The current political party law has damaged the existing parties’ membership bases and the country’s efforts to restore democracy, according to Nikorn Chamnong, director of Chat Thai Pattana Party.

The Chartthai Pattana Party’s director Nikorn Chamnong has expressed concern about the NLC’s amended approval of the new Constitutional Court organic bill, which would see all the judges maintained in the office rather than replaced.

WITH THE deadline drawing close for political parties to file details under the new party bill, the law should not be amended any further as it might lead to another delay in the election, a key figure from the Chartthai Pattana Party said yesterday.
