PATTAYA (March 13, 2022) – In a final round of high drama Denmark’s Nanna Koerstz Madsen won her first LPGA Tour title when she secured the Honda LPGA Thailand title today (Sunday) with a second sudden-death playoff hole over China’s Xiyu Lin. They both finished regulation on a new record breaking 26-under-par 262 at the Siam Country Club Old Course, Pattaya, Chonburi, before returning to the 18th hole for the extra holes. With the honours shared on the first playoff hole, Madsen eagled the second to lift the trophy and take home the winner’s cheque of US$240,000.

The Jutanugarn sisters and Patty Tavatanakit will lead the local challenge as the world’s best golfers vie for US$1.6 million (Bt53 million) in prize money at the Honda LPGA Thailand next week.

Honda LPGA Thailand 2022 together with the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT), hosted the annual Honda LPGA Thailand Junior Golf Clinic that took place at the Trust Golf, Imperial World Samrong 5th Floor, Samutprakarn.

The Honda LPGA Thailand 2022 tournament is all set to host top women golfers and offer a prize purse of $1.6 million (THB52 million) as it celebrates its 15th anniversary, Honda and IMG announced in a press release.

Honda in partnership with the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) and IMG, held the Honda LPGA Thailand National Qualifiers 2022 where Chanettee Wannasaen won today for a second straight year with an outstanding performance on the Old Course of Siam Country Club in Pattaya.

The Honda LPGA Thailand 2022 officially announced that the registration for the Honda LPGA Thailand National Qualifiers 2022 is now open from 7th - 24th December, 2021.

Newly crowned ANA Inspiration winner Paphangkorn “Patty” Tavatanakit will spearhead the local challenge at the US$1.6-million Honda LPGA Thailand in Pattaya next month.

Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co Ltd in partnership with IMG have announced their readiness to host the Honda LPGA Thailand 2020, a major golf tournament set to take place from February 20 - 23 at the Siam Country Club Pattaya, Old Course.

Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co Ltd in collaboration with IMG and the Sports Authority of Thailand, jointly hosted the second edition of the “Young Ambassadors Program” on Saturday (January 18) to provide extensive knowledge about golf and tournaments as well as to inspire a new generation of youths to get involved in the sport.
