“Bad Genius” will go up against “Thai Baan The Series” at the Bangkok Critics Awards

With its box office mounting to 170 million yuan ($25.6 million) in its opening week, Bad Genius has just risen to become the highest-grossing Thai movie in China of all time.

Thai movie “Chalard Games Gong” (“Bad Genius”) only opened in in China last Friday (October 13) and has already grossed more than100 millon yuan (Bt500 million) in box office takings. The production team also released several posters and materials behind the scene on the same day.

This year’s teen caper movie “Charlard Games Gong” (“Bad Genius”) hasn’t just done well at the local box office but has also scored high in other Asean countries.
