The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) on Saturday issued airlines with a special Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) on the country’s latest entry policy, reflecting cancellation of the Thailand Pass system for returning Thai nationals from Wednesday, June 1.
