Pruksa promotes ‘inspirational living’ in bid to boost sales
Pruksa Real Estate Plc has unveiled its “Live Inspired” concept.
The concept covers the company’s three market segments - condominiums, single detached houses and townhouses, executive vice president corporate marketing Komkrit Nongsawat said on Tuesday.
"We will expand our customers target and also boost our market share in a period of high competition," he said.
In the first quarter, Pruksa’s share of the Bangkok and suburbs residential market was 13 per cent and was worth Bt97.47 billion.
