Drug sting operation nets man and his pregnant wife

Wachira Phadungphan, 34, and his wife, Yaowapha, 31, were arrested following the sting operation at 8.30am.
Troops and police, who were staking out, arrested the couple when they arrived in a car to allegedly deliver the drugs at a spot in Tambon Namdib.
The authorities allegedly found 637 methamphetamine pills and 2.25 grams of crystal meth or “ice” in the car.
The husband claimed that he had to sell drug to raise money for his wife’s delivery that is expected soon.
