Temperature to rise by 2-3 Celsius degree
The Thai Meteorological Department predicted that the temperature will rise by two to three Celsius degree Tuesday and Wednesday but cool spells are still likely with patchy fog in the morning.
The department explained that the high pressure ridge over upper Thailand and the South China Sea is weakening during February 20 and 22.
The northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South will weaken as well. Between Tuesday and Wednesday, all transports people upper Thailand should proceed with caution due to poor visibility, the department warned.
In Bangkok Metropolitan, the temperature will rise by two to three Celsius degree and morning fog with dense fog is expected in some places. The department expects the minimum temperature in Bangkok to range between 23-26 C degree and maximum temperature between 32-35 C degree.
