Australian Embassy responds to plea over child-custody case

The Embassy appreciates the distress that child custody matters cause, especially if they hinge on lengthy legal proceedings in foreign jurisdictions. For privacy and legal reasons, I cannot comment on any specific case. What I can say is that the Embassy always has the interests of children foremost in mind and provides extensive consular assistance whenever this is called for.
