Nine tech startups to showcase at Thai Pavilion at Singapore trade fair

Nine technology startups, including some influential players, will showcase their homegrown innovations at the Thailand Pavilion at ConnecTechAsia from June 18-20, 2019 in Singapore.

Led by Software Park Thailand and the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) the startups will be able to show off their innovation at the “Gateway to Global Market” themed pavilion, as well as get the chance to enhance their business competitiveness on the global stage.
The Thailand Pavilion will be among 1,700 exhibitors and an estimated 40,000 attendees at the event showcasing transformative technologies along with the solutions driving the transformation of businesses and cities in Asia.
Suwipa Wannasatop, the assistant director of National Science and Technology Development Agency said, “Software Park continues to accelerate the capacity of Thailand’s software industry, helping Thai software and technology entrepreneurs to expand their business vision and competency in the local and international arena.
This is the eighth consecutive year that Thailand has had a pavilion at the not-to-be missed annual fair, he said, as the country aims to reinforce its strength in software development and innovation.
“The growth path of startups has been promising in response to the government’s Thailand 4.0 policy,” said Suwipa. Participating in ConnecTechAsia will allow Thai entrepreneurs to showcase their innovations, and meet new business partners globally that have strong networks and a vast client base, bringing economic value to their business and the country as a whole.” 
Thai software companies participating in the pavilion include Avalant Co Ltd, a software technology development and platform solutions; 80 Root Co Ltd, specialising in digital development services and digital publications; EXZY Co Ltd, an interactive solution technologies; HandiGo Co Ltd, a travel and hotel application development solutions.
Other participants include Living Mobile Co Ltd, a mobile application development; Nortis Rise Co Ltd, developer of the SOLARLAA application and an investor in solar energy power; Planet Communications Asia PLC, a telecommunications and digital TV technologies business; Socket 9 Co Ltd, a leading web and mobile application and solution; and Sun System Corporation Ltd, a telecommunications and mobile application solutions.
