ABeam expands data analytics service with Singapore acquisition

 The effort will continue with the purchase of all remaining LightStream shares by 2021.
Ichiro Hara, managing director of ABeam Consulting (Thailand), a subsidiary of ABeam Consulting Ltd, a global consulting company headquartered in Japan and specialising in digital transformation, disclosed that ABeam Consulting – the holding company in Singapore - has concluded an agreement to acquire 70% of shares in LightStream Analytics (Singapore).
 ABeam says expanding its data analytics service throughout Southeast Asia will allow it to further integrate data analytics into its business consulting services and enable ABeam Consulting to better support clients in business transformation.
