Buddhist couple killed in drive-by shooting in Narathiwat

Police said the incident occurred at 7.50am on the Hulu Pareh village’s main road in Tambon Tanyong Mus.
The couple were riding their motorcycle back home from Tanyong Mus Market when two insurgents on a motorcycle caught up with them and opened fire at them.
The pillion rider rode the couple’s motorcycle away and police fear it may be used to conceal a bomb later.
Police did not disclose the names of the couple.
