Trang Muslims pray for missing footballers
Muslims in Trang province went to mosques near their houses on Saturday morning to pray for the 12 young footballers and their assistant coach who have been missing in the Tham Luang Cave in Chiang Rai province since last Saturday.
Morning prayers were held at the Wang Pao Mosque in Ban Tha Rua village in Tambon Bang Pao in the province’s Kantang district and other mosques in the southern province.
They prayed to keep the footballers safe and for the rescuers to find them soon.
