Dalilah Mimouni, 20, died Tuesday in the Spanish capital of the H1N1 influenza, known as swine flu.

 She was 28 weeks pregnant, and an emergency Caesarean section was performed to save her baby.

 Mimouni's widower Mohammed El Ouriachi earlier told Moroccan media that his late wife had gone to hospital emergency units three times with breathing difficulties, high fever, a strong cough and body pains.

 She was nevertheless sent back home by doctors who failed to realise the seriousness of her condition, El Ouriachi complained.

 The widower denied reports that Mimouni, who was an accomplished athlete, suffered from asthma.

 Spanish Health Minister Trinidad Jimenez said Mimouni died of a respiratory disease linked to H1N1.

 More than 330 people have died worldwide from swine flu. Four of the victims died in Europe, three of them in the British Isles. Spain has about 760 confirmed cases.//dpa
