Ashes of King Udumbara of Ayudhaya found near Mandalay, Myanmar

Thai and Myanmarese archaeologists on June 21, 2013 found ashes King Udumbara of Ayuddha in a historical tomb in Amarapura, Madalay in Myanmar. Thai expects led by architect Vichit Chinalai teams up with Myanmar experts led by Myanmarese archaeologist Win Muang and Myint Hsan Heart sought authority to restore the site and perhaps a memorial ground and "Ayutthaya cultural village" built nearby, at a cost of at least Bt39 million.
