The wild Siam tulip show off its colours during the Siam Tulip Festival, which is being held throughout this month at Chiang Mai's Royal Park Rajapruek.

Hansar Samui introduces cooking classes using produce from its new organic garden. Wine goes organic
Kirimaya Khao Yai launches private organic private wines created by a winemaker from Tuscany. Rigoleto 2007, the red, is marked by a sweet spiciness with notes of black fruit. This is a very pleasant full-bodied wine that’s smooth and round in taste and pairs beautifully with meat dishes and medium ripe cheeses. The white is Melacce 2010. This wine has an intense nose with clear fruity traces of green apple and white peach, together with floral notes of citrus fruits, making a good pair with a fish dish. Both wines are made by the award-winning ColleMassari Winery Group.
Treats for the tummy
The 13th annual World Gourmet Festival, set to take place at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, will take place September 3 to 9. Shiqin Chen, Frédéric Vardon, Galvin Lim are a few among many chefs coming to Four Seasons Bangkok this September.
