Eating for the boys
The ancient Japanese traditions associated with Tango-no-Sekku or Kodomonohi, otherwise known as Boys’ Festival, are being celebrated until Monday at the Okura Prestige Bangkok’s Yamazato restaurant where chef Shigeru Hagiwara is creating special lunch and dinner menus to celebrate the festival. The special set lunch is priced at Bt800 and features such traditional dishes as sesame tofu with mugwort and okra and seared bonito Tosa-style.
