Kaeng phet (spicy curry) - also known as red curry in English - is a coconut curry made with copious amounts of dried red chilies in the curry paste.
Red curry with roast duck is, without doubt, the quintessential mix of Thai red curry and Chinese (red roast duck) cuisines. This dish often also contains grapes and/or pineapple in the mix. The spicy red curry made with dried red chilies, contains coconut milk and may be blended with various meats, seafood, or even tofu, in combination with eggplant and sometimes other vegetables.
