Central Chidlom recently turned its Event Hall into a thrilling world for children during the opening party for the Central Toys & Games Fair, where young members from elite families and three young stars from the movie "The Legend of King Naresuan" were spotted on the catwalk.

The event was highlighted by the launch of Disney's 93-centimetre-tall Four Princesses, a Lego model of a Boeing 787 aircraft, Tamagotchai version 4 and a wooden train track set.

Khunying Chandhanee Santaputra, chairwoman of Foundation for the Better Life of Children, chaired the ceremony with Piyawan Leelasompop, Central Department Store's acting vice president for marketing.

"Toys are very important to kids because toys play a role in the kids' physical, emotional and social development. Toys also help create the balance in the kids' self development. To play is to learn," said Chandhanee.

The "My Kid's ... My Dream ... My Hero" fashion show presented Pratcha "BJ" Sananwattanannont in a prince-like costume and Praew Thanavisut, a daughter of Patpong and Preeyamon, in her Snow White dress. Suchada "Dada" Checklee then sashayed in an elegant princess-style gown, while Yosawin "Tong Neung" Sanguansin, son of Somnuek and Sasamon, was cute in his Mickey Mouse apparel.

Thanatcha "Earn" Chetchotisak, the beloved daughter of Suwat and Thanaporn, then shined in a stunning Barbie dress, while Chirayu "Kao" La-ongmanee looked great in a Spiderman outfit. Sirimanee "Ton Khao" Cheevasiri, the daughter of Wongchanok, sported a Power Puff Girl costume.

During the event, many celebrities and their kids also donated toys to the foundation.

The event was also attended by Pimsurang Iamchaengphan, with her kids Thanawat and Supatat; Nontiwat and Natthawadee Prapanont with their children Noppanat and Natapat; Intira Thanavisut, who was there to support her niece Praew on the catwalk; and Apipavadee Krusopon with her daughter Pleng and Lapapida Lorkitiyakul with her nieces Beam and Nim.

Today is the last chance to visit the fair at Event Hall on the third floor of Central Chidlom.
