The design and style looks very similar to HK airport but falls very short when it comes to efficiency. changes made to the visa on arrival system makes no sense as they have done away with the application form and now takes money and passport only. why so, beats me :

looks like a recipe for a bottleneck when there are a load of people waiting for visa.
sign boards should have been better placed and clearer as they are worse than what it was in Don Muang. if this airport is to compete with singapotre and HK, there is a lot of things to be done.

bathrooms are a shock. I went to the the E7 gate toilet and the washbasin taps were broken down and there was no tissue paper on the dispenser. makes a very bad impression about a new airport that's supposed to showcase efficiency of a nation.
overall the potential is there but clearly lacks a lot of organisation. looks like the opening was a rush job and there are too many loose ends to be tied up.
