-Those wanting to exercise their right of ballot and are living outside their registered constituency or who wish to cast a vote in advance will have to file a request with the Election Commission by November 22. After filing the request, they will be allowed to cast an advance vote on December 15 and 16.

- Voters living overseas can cast their votes on dates specified by the Thai embassy provided it is between December 3 and 16.

- Those wishing to add or remove the name of a voter in their household must contact the Election Commission by December 12.
