Ltd., presided over the opening of the Lexus booth at the 28th Bangkok International Motor Show under the theme of “The Pursuit of Perfection” reflective of the luxury and perfection of Lexus vehicles, and the unveiling of the RX400h, the world’s first luxury hybrid vehicle, from March 30 to April 8 at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre.

Ltd., is taking part in the annual event and reflecting the “Pursuit of Perfection” theme that makes the brand stand out, and apart from presenting the fleet of outstanding luxury vehicles, Lexus is also offering the “Lexus Ownership Experience”, which consists of three major outstanding qualities as follows.

The RX400h is powered by a 3,300cc V6 gasoline engine plus high-torque electric motors to offer superb all-wheel-drive performance on any condition. With as much as 268 horsepower and 3,500lb-ft of torque while taking off, the RX400h has superb acceleration as well as fuel economy. Acceleration from 0-100km/h takes 7.6 seconds and the fuel consumption is only 12.3km/liter, equivalent to a compact passenger car. The fuel economy is also 50 per cent better than the RX300, which is powered by a normal gasoline engine.

The presentation reflects the technological advancement that brings humans closer to nature.
