Supporters of the People's Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) have dismissed a rumour that the anti-government group would blockade Krabi Airport.

Pompetch Sukontakanit, director of PDRC Krabi, said the group had no idea of blocking the airport or local roads next Monday to put pressure on the national government.
“I want to say to tourists and businesspeople that PDRC Krabi will not block the airport or the road to it next Monday because we all will join with the main PDRC in Bangkok,” Pompetch said.
