Warong spent two hours talking to the NACC yesterday morning – accusing Yingluck, as prime minister and chairwoman of the National Rice Policy Committee, of knowingly allowing corruption to occur. 
He told reporters later he had urged the NACC to impeach Yingluck and handed over written material and five video clips to support his case.
