The junta has assigned officials to find who was behind anti-military leaflets distributed in Nonthaburi on Sunday, National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) spokesman Colonel Werachon Sukondhapatipak said yesterday.

He added that feedback about the NCPO had been both positive and negative. In regard to the latter, the NCPO would acknowledge this and seek to improve its work.
Werachon also denied allegations from red shirt Kritsuda Khunasen that she was assaulted while in detention. He said the military knew what was acceptable and what was not when dealing with people. There was no reason for it to do things that would upset the public during this sensitive time.
