Ruangrit "Willy" McIntosh, a popular actor and TV host, said he would like to call on the new Bangkok governor to start implementing his policies right after he takes office, such as tackling the rising cost of living and bring down the crime rate while making Bangkok more modern.

He showed up with his wife "Yelly" to vote at a polling station in Thatthong Temple in northern Phra Khanong district.
