Court revokes bail of Jeng Dokjik
The Criminal Court decided on Wednesday to revoke the bail of a red leader after he was found having the intention to "create disturbance and harm" Constitution Court judges and their families by announcing the phone number of these people in front of redshirt gathering.
After the verdict, Yoswarit Chuklom aka Jeng Dokjik was escorted to a prison. The judges said it is unclear if the defendant is allowed to continue to be free on bail, he would create more disturbances or not.
Eighteen other redshirt co-leaders escaped Yoswarit's fate but were instructed not to create any disturbances or leave the kingdom.
Judges remarked that redshirt co-leader Jatuporn Promphan, also a defendant, were merely "rude" in his speech.
