Who will take responsibility for rice scheme's failure?

Re: 'Defiant farmers maintain blockades, draw up petition", National, February 6.

Protesting farmers want answers about their overdue payments under the guaranteed-price scheme. The farmers were forced into action because they were severely affected.

As a fellow Thai, I and the farmers want answers about pledged rice and payments. This has aroused my curiosity about the failure of projects by Yingluck's government. This project failed because the government can't pay more than a million baht to rice farmers. This meant they won't get pledged sums from the government. The farmers have decided to rally because of this. They want their money and someone who can take responsibility.

Where is the PM and government people to take responsibility for this situation?
