Unimpressed by candidates' ideas

Not only Bangkok, but every city in Thailand is sorely lacking in parks, including spaces for children's activities.

Thailand's leaders are a thousand miles behind aware, thinking leaders of other countries. Thais are heavily influenced by the Chinese way of thinking: every piece of land should be scraped flat and crammed with as many buildings as possible. It's called "scrape and cram" (yes, I coin the term).
