UDD leaders should be in the dock also

Ref: "Red-shirt leader indicted for robbery and causing damages in 2010", News, December 12.

Yossawaris Chuklom acknowledged his charge but denied any wrongdoing at the Criminal Court. This is commonly known as the Pheu Thai stance. He is accused of leading some 500 red shirts into damaging 21 military vehicles and related property at a cost of Bt5.55 million.

Yossawaris is just cog in the wheel. Why are the UDD leaders not also charged? They have kept him in their ranks since the incidents. Why has it taken all this time to get him to court, conveniently after the snap election?

Another pawn is sacrificed to counter the criticism of charging Abhisit for murder as not being even-handed.
