Suthep vs Yingluck, no strings attached

I think it is a brilliant move by Suthep Thaugsuban to offer to debate with Yingluck one-on-one live in front of TV cameras.

Without the help of her puppet-master pulling the strings, it would be a massacre. I would allow two people to be with her though: Chalerm Yoobamrung, as longs he brings his own wine, and letter-writer Somsak Pola, her most loyal supporter.

On a separate issue, I disagree with Prachyadavi Tavedikul's claim ("Is The Nation biased?", Letters, February 28) that the newspaper is showing bias by printing Mr Pola's letters. It is not the job of a newspaper to censor opinions. Besides, I do so look forward to my favourite comedian's hilarious

letters.
