Pheu Thai lawyers only good at finger-pointing

Re: Court petition over Thawil's transfer 'politically motivated', Breaking news, April 4, 2014.

Pheu Thai Party's legal "expert", Bhokin Bhalakula - in warning the Constitutional Court not to be part of a plot to oust PM Yingluck Shinawatra from office and install an unelected premier - has shown Pheu Thai's true colours and inefficacy.

The Yingluck government's transfer of National Security Council chief Thawil Pliensri to a lesser position to facilitate someone close to the PM advancing in his career has become Yingluck's obvious Achilles heel.

This would not have happened if Pheu Thai was run professionally and with fairness and integrity in mind.

With the case of unfair intimidation of an official as irrefutable as this, the judges would have no choice but to rule accordingly - or they will be possibly thrown in jail themselves.

Also, for Pheu Thai to say the Constitutional Court will have a role in appointing a new prime minister is clearly jumping the gun. It is arguable as to whether the court has any legal authority over this issue.

This also shows Pheu Thai's legal team is good only at finger-pointing.
