Peninsula rules should apply to Preah Vihear

Dear former prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva. Could you please petition the International Court of Justice on behalf of interested Thai citizens concerning the current case of Preah Vihear temple, with the following points:

1) The land on which Preah Vihear temple sits could be considered a peninsula and could be subject in the demarcation of the border of Thailand and Cambodia under the rules and precedents set for the demarcation of borders with regard to peninsulas.

2) The French maps used as evidence in the case could be irrelevant if the surveyors and mapmakers did not take into consideration that Preah Vihear temple peninsula was and is a peninsula, subject to the internationally-accepted traditions and rules concerning ownership of peninsulas.

3) Judges in the case can only complete "due diligence" in the case by personally visiting the site in question before making any decisions.
