Old enough to know right from wrong
I find it distressing that one of the six men who raped and murdered that woman in India might be tried as a juvenile.
It's insulting to people under the age of 18 to suggest they don't know that rape, murder and torture are wrong. I cannot think of a time in my life when I was so young I didn't know that. If you're old enough to rape and murder, you're old enough to know you're not supposed to do it.
