Many cyclists riding without lights at night

You published an interesting article on Saturday about the newly formed The Life Cycling Club.

This club could do a great service by publicising the fact that many cyclists do not have lights on their bicycles at night,which makes it very difficult for motorists to see them.

I do not know what the law is on this matter,but many countries insist on proper lighting on bicycles.
