Dear Editor, I just returned from Malaysia where those idiots at Hotmail locked me out of my email account.
Even after I gave them verifiable information that no hacker could possibly have – such as the name of my dog who died over 40 years ago – they still locked me out.
Doesn’t common sense dictate that if the only three days of the year no one logs into my email account from Thailand, when someone logs into it from Malaysia it’s the same person doing the logging in?
If any hackers ever get in to my email account they will die of boredom, unless they’re vegetarians! If not the hackers, it’s Hotmail that keeps disrupting my life and violating my privacy.
