Exchanging rotten goods for rotten goods

With yet another cabinet reshuffle, it is a sure-fire bet that we will soon be reading the seemingly favourite idiom of Thai journalism, "old wine in a new bottle".

Perhaps Parliament should be renamed the "cabernet full of those who like to wine so much that they don't get long enough to skim off the top!" However, I do believe a more fitting idiom to describe the reshuffle would be "mouldy old rice in a new sack, full of weevils!" Just a thought.
