A disabled person should head the Transport ministry

Wheelchair or handicapped - old and infirm, you can forget the Skytrain, the MRT underground, the buses and taxis.

Lifts are mostly not existent to access the Skytrain and escalators patchy.

Seating at underground stations, while waiting forever, is non-existent. And anyone attempting to catch the buses or taxis should do so with extreme caution, both are just not built for the disabled.

But do the Transport officials care?

No, they do not care!

So sack them all and appoint a disabled person to head the department.
