Pol Major Sangiam Samranrat, an adviser attached to the PM's Office, yesterday filed a complaint with the Department of Special Investigation against the six Constitutional Court judges who voted to nullify the February 2 election.
Sangiam filed the complaint in his capacity as chairman of the Democracy Lovers Club. He said the court had no right to accept the case in the first place.
Sangiam said that he would next week file complaints against the Ombudsman and the Election Commission, which submitted the election nullification case to the Constitutional Court. They did not have the authority to do so, he said.
