Five leaders of anti-government campaign on Wednesday reported to the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) to acknowledge the charge of insurrection related to their roles in the anti-government rally.
Ongart Klampaiboon, Boonyod Sooktinthai, Tossapon Pengsom, Charnwit Wipusiri and Nattaya Benjasiriwan, all were former Democrat Party MPs, went to the Royal Thai Police Club on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road in the morning to report with DSI investigators.
All denied the allegation. Ongart said the anti-Thaksin Regime movement would continue as they were protesting according to constitutional rights and the Civil Court’s and the Constitutional Court’s verdicts also approved that. Nattaya said that she came here to show her sincerity.
