Seven independent organisations established under the charter's provisions will on Monday announce a roadmap for ending the political conflict, Election Commissioner Somchai Srisuthiyarkorn said Friday.
Somchai said the seven organisations held a meeting on Friday and reached a decision on the roadmap and framework for holding negotiations between the conflicting parties to try to end the long-drawn dissension.
The seven independent organisations are the Election Commission, the Ombudsmen, the National Anti-Corruption Commission, the National Auditing Commission, the Office of the Attorney General, the National Human Rights Commission and the National Economic and Social Advisory Council.
The roadmap and negotiation framework will be announced at 1:30pm Monday at the auditorium on the ninth floor of the Office of the Auditor General at the Government Complex on Chaeng Wattana Road, Somchai said.
