Up close and cosy with NMB48

NMB48, the second Japanese idol group from AKB48, is coming to Thailand and will perform here for the very first time at Muang Thai GMM Live House on the eighth floor of CentralWorld on August 14 at 7pm, as a part of their “Asia Tour 2017.”

The J-pop all-girl group, whose name is short for Namba48, is will kick off its Asian tour in Japan at Kobe World Kinen on August 5-6 before heading to Thailand, Hong Kong on September 29, and Taiwan on October 1.

                 The group has its own theatre in the Yes-Namba Building, in Namba, Osaka Prefecture. The 1st generation members were announced on October 9, 2010 and made their stage debut on March 21, 2011. Their debut single “Zetsumetsu Kurokami Shoujo”, was released on July 20, 2011 and sold more than 200,000 copies in its first week, reaching the top of the Oricon charts.

Tickets costing Bt2,500 go on sale tomorrow (July 2) at Thai Ticket Major counters and online at www.ThaiTicketMajor.com. Fans buying tickets straight away could win a chance to meet and greet the girls.
