The Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok is celebrating Global Wellness Day on June 10 to get people thinking about living well all year round.
The theme this year is “One Day Can Change Your Whole Life”, and hotel guests are being invited to pause and reflect on their personal health. If they’ve got the time, there will be a slew of activities to make them fitter.
Starting at 9am there’ll be Morning Yoga, a great way to increase flexibility and improve balance. Later in the day there’ll be classes in Thai boxing and Aqua Aerobics.
The hotel’s restaurants will be serving dishes that are as light and healthy as they are scrumptious. Drop by for a meal of lowfat yoghurt, a whole wheat croissant and fennelcured salmon.
