AP (Thailand) introduces its latest condominium, Rhythm Asoke II, worth Bt1.5 billion with prices starting at Bt2.89 million per unit.
The project has a total of 346 units. They are studios between 22.2 square metres and 27sqm, one-bedroom between 27.7sqm and 29.5sqm, and two-bedroom type using 42sqm space.
The residential unit is designed under the concept “Less is more”.
Pruksa launches townhomes
Pruksa Real Estate introduces its latest townhome project, the Connect, at three locations worth Bt2.37 billion, with price starting at Bt1.75 million per unit.
They are located at Watcharapol-Plemsin, Soun Long-On Nut, and Suvarnabhumi.
Townhome designs offer three bedrooms and two bathrooms on 18 square wah. There are a combined 924 units at three locations. This is a part of its strategy to boost sales of Bt22.14 billion to Bt24.3 billion, or 54 per cent of its total revenue target of Bt40 billion to Bt42 billion for this year.
L&H condo project
Land & Houses introduces its latest condominium project, 333 Riverside, at a starting price of Bt5 million for one-bedroom type, 45.5 square metres.
The project is located only 30 metres from MRT Bang Po Station.
333 Riverside has totally 950 units combining one-bedroom and two-bedroom types, with 45.50sqm and 93.80sqm space.
Quality Houses introduces its latest three-storey townhome, Casa City Sukhumvit, with prices starting at Bt3.69 million per unit.
Townhome designs use space between 167 square metres and 187sqm on 19.4 square wah to 20 square wah land.
