LPN Development has launched a special campaign to promote the sale of two condominium projects – Bang Na and Rangsit-Klong 1 – through to the end of this month.
For Lumpini Mega Bang Na, home-buyers will get a discount of Bt400,000 off the normal price of Bt1.59 million when paying a booking fee of Bt4,000.
Meanwhile, those committing to units costing Bt649,000 at Lumpini Township Rangsit-Klong 1 will each get a Fino motorcycle when they sign a contract to buy.
Trust Condo Amata-Chon Buri from QH
Quality Houses has introduced the Bt850-million Trust Condo Amata-Chon Buri project, with prices starting at Bt1.29 million per unit.
The eight-storey condominium will comprise a mix of studio and one-bedroom units with usable space of 23.4 square metres and 29.3 square metres, respectively. The project has 518 units in total.
Each unit is functionally designed with separate living, bedroom, kitchen and dining areas.
Pruksa Campus condo close to MRT
Pruksa Real Estate has introduced its latest condominium – the Chapter One the Campus Lat Phrao Soi 1 – with prices starting from Bt1.9 million per unit.
The eight-storey building has an L-shaped design and comprises 180 units in two types: studios with 23-25.37 square metres of usable space, and one-bedroom condos with between 28.54 and 33.41 square metres of space.
The project is located just 300 metres from the MRT underground system.
Acqua Condominium at Jomtien Beach
The Urban Property Co has introduced the Acqua Condominium, located at Jomtien Beach in Pattaya and with units costing from Bt1.39 million apiece.
The 309-unit project is an eight-storey building designed in modern simplicity-resort style.
There will be three types of unit: studios with 36.5 square metres of usable space; one-bedroom units with 39.5 square metres; and two-bedroom units with 76 square metres.
