Villaggio has 707 units and is now ready for booking.
Pruksa Real Estate’s two-storey townhouses under the modern style, Baan Pruksa 92 Rangsit-Lum Luk Ka, start at Bt1.4 million per unit.
The townhouses have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Also featured are a large park, key-card security system, and closed-circuit security cameras.
Escape to the mountains
The Bt300-million “Escape Khao Yai”, a new addition to the Sansiri Hotel Collection, is expected to draw 90 per cent of its tourists from the domestic market.
The hotel has only 54 rooms, 48 of which are deluxe, and the rest villas with sunken heated pools.
This is an example of Sansiri’s bid to expand into the hotel sector in tourist destinations while also supporting its residential projects nearby. Owners of Sansiri homes can enjoy the same services as hotel guests.
Property Perfect’s Luxury Collection offers detached houses in four locations under the Perfect Masterpiece brand with starting prices of Bt35 million.
The four locations ar Rangsit, Rattanathibeth, Ramkhamhaeng-Suvarnabhumi, and Sukhumvit 77-Suvarnbhumi.
These homes offer between 241 and 553 square metres of space utilising luxury furniture from Italy under the Armini brand as well as US brand Ralph Lauren. This is a limited edition with only two or three units at each location.
Wongsakorn Prasitvipat, the company’s deputy chief business development officer, said luxury homes would account for Bt1.8 billion of Property Perfect’s targeted revenue of Bt15 billion this year.
